1. Drink plenty of water.

3. Wash your hands.
We know it’s easy to get busy and zip from place to place throughout the day. However, take time to wash your hands, especially after you’ve used the restroom or have been out in public. Hand washing helps prevent the spread of germs.
4. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

5. Stay home when you’re ill.
